Clinical Supervision
Expert, Experienced, Ethical
As an integrative and relational therapist, my supervisory style is based on these same principles. An individualised, considered and caring approach underpinning solid supervisory theory. Whether you are in training or an experienced therapist, my aim is to support you to bring concerns and dilemmas, as well and moments of joy and breakthroughs. My intention is also is to grow your internal supervisor to lean upon outside of our sessions.
I have extensive experience of working with therapists in differing stages of their career; through qualification, starting and building private practice or applying for BACP accreditation. From my time as an NHS Counselling Service Lead, I supervised varied professionals aside from counsellors such as healthcare clinicians, service leads and managers.
Group supervision
Alongside my supervisory work in private practice, I am also a group supervisor for a local low cost women's charity. I support trainee therapists on their road to qualification with providing ethical and effective counselling to women, struggling with varied challenges from pregnancy and fertility issues, menopause. burnout, compassion fatigue, sexual assault, trauma, dating and relationships, domestic violence and childhood abuse.
I offer group supervision to private trainee and qualified therapists so please do enquire via the contact form below. Group supervision has many benefits, to reducing monthly cost to learning from your peers and gaining extra knowledge, insight and alternative perspectives.
