My Approach & Me
"Life is messy. Being a human is messy. It's not as neat as our 'shoulds' and 'shouldn'ts' would have us believe." B.R.

My Mission
I believe that therapy is about more than managing symptoms. It is about understanding why you think, feel and respond the way you do, freeing yourself from old patterns that no longer serve you, and building a life that feels calmer, more connected and more authentic.
I work with both men and women experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, ADHD, stress, burnout and the lasting impact of childhood experiences.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. You bring your experiences, strengths and hopes; I bring specialist knowledge, curiosity, warmth and challenge. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to help you reconnect with who you already are.

I have a speciaist interest and experience in working with anxiety, burnout, complex trauma/PTSD and ADHD.
