Reflective, relational and curious supervision for therapists who want somewhere to think, not just somewhere to report.

As an integrative and relational therapist, my supervisory style is based on these same principles. An individualised, considered and caring approach underpinning solid supervisory theory.  Whether you are in training or an experienced therapist, my aim is to support you to bring concerns and dilemmas,  as well and moments of joy and breakthroughs. My intention is also is to grow your internal supervisor to lean upon outside of our sessions.

For BACP members, I can support you through the accreditation process.

Supervision style

My style of supervision is likely to resonate with therapists who value curiosity, reflection, and authenticity over rigid models or set agendas.  While I provide structure where it's needed, I work relationally, allowing space for what feels most important to emerge and trusting that meaningful insight often comes from slowing down, staying curious and thinking together.

I enjoy working at depth, exploring both the conscious and unconscious processes that may be shaping the therapeutic relationship and the work with your clients. Alongside clinical and theoretical reflection, I like to create a 'play space' using creativity where it feels useful, whether that's imagery, metaphors, imaginative questioning, or other experiential ways of exploring what may be difficult to put into words.
