Anxiety & Chronic Stress

Many of the people I work with appear calm and capable on the outside, yet beneath the surface they are living with constant anxiety, self-doubt and pressure. Together we explore what is at the root of anxious symptoms, and focus on building a stabilised nervous system to live a calmer and fuller life.

Depression & Low Mood

Many people living with depression describe feeling disconnected from themselves and the life they once enjoyed. Together we explore what may be contributing to these feelings, helping you understand the roots of low mood/depression while building practical ways to reconnect with hope, purpose and the things that matter most.

Trauma & Complex Trauma

Trauma is not only about what happened to you, it is also about how these experiences shaped the way you see yourself, others and the world. Together we work to process these memories safely, grounding your nervous system out of survival mode to feel present, connected and joyful.

Anxiety

Is this you?

Your mind rarely switches off.

You overthink conversations long after they’ve happened.

You feel responsible for everyone else’s happiness.

You find it difficult to relax or truly rest.

You constantly worry about getting things wrong.

You put pressure on yourself to be the one who copes.

You struggle to say no without feeling guilty.

Depression

Is this you?

You feel emotionally flat or disconnected from life.

Things you once enjoyed no longer bring you pleasure.

Everyday tasks feel exhausting.

You often withdraw from other people.

You struggle to see a hopeful future.

You criticise yourself more than you encourage yourself.

You feel like you’re just getting through each day.

Trauma

Is this you?

You know your past still affects your present.

You find yourself repeating familiar patterns.

You struggle to trust yourself or others.

You constantly expect something to go wrong.

You feel on edge, even when you’re safe.

You avoid situations that remind you of painful experiences.

You carry shame that doesn’t seem to belong to the present.

Self-Esteem & Identity

If you’ve spent years doubting yourself, putting others first or feeling like you’re never quite enough, therapy can help you understand where these beliefs began. Together we work to build self-worth, self-trust and the confidence to make choices that reflect who you truly are and want to become.

Relationship Difficulties

Whether you’re struggling with romantic relationships, family dynamics or friendships, relationship difficulties can leave you feeling hurt, misunderstood or stuck in familiar patterns. Therapy offers a space to understand these patterns, strengthen communication and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with others and yourself.

Bereavement & Loss

Grief can follow the death of someone or a pet you love, the end of a relationship, a life transition or the loss of the future you had imanined.  Therapy offers a compassionate space to process your grief at your own pace, helping you make sense of your emotions while finding a way to navigate life when loss feels heavy and opening up to joy again.

Relationships

Is this you?

You keep repeating the same relationship patterns.

You fear rejection or abandonment.

You find it difficult to communicate your needs.

You avoid conflict or become overwhelmed by it.

You lose yourself trying to keep other people happy.

You struggle to trust or let others get close.

You often wonder why relationships feel so hard.

Low Self-Esteem

Is this you?

You rarely feel good enough.

You compare yourself to others.

You struggle to accept compliments.

You struggle to say no and speak up for yourself

You second-guess your decisions.

You rely on reassurance from other people.

You find it difficult to believe in yourself.

You don’t always recognise your own strengths.

Grief & Loss

Is this you?

You’re grieving someone, something or the life you expected.

Your emotions can feel unpredictable.

You feel guilty about moving forward—or not moving forward.

You struggle with reminders and anniversaries.

You feel alone in your grief.

You find it difficult to imagine life feeling lighter.

You want to remember without feeling overwhelmed.

Single Session Therapy

One conversation can change your direction

Not everyone needs ongoing therapy.

Sometimes you’re feeling stuck with one decision, one relationship, one life transition or one difficult experience, and what you need is a dedicated space to think deeply, gain clarity and leave with a clear sense of your next step.

A Single Session Therapy appointment is a focused 90-minute session designed to help you make meaningful progress, even if we only meet once.

Is Single Session therapy right for you?
  • Feel overwhelmed by a particular issue and need clarity.
  • Want help making an important decision.
  • Are experiencing anxiety around a specific situation.
  • Need support after a difficult event.
  • Have had therapy before and would like a focused “check-in.”
  • Want practical ideas alongside compassionate exploration.
  • Are curious about therapy but aren’t ready to commit to ongoing sessions.
What happens during the session?

Together we’ll explore what has brought you here, understand what feels most important, and make the best use of our time which will be individual to you.

We will have a clear structure to the session of a beginning, a middle and an end but what is discussed and explored is fully your choice as it's your time. Just for you.

What Single Session Therapy isn't

Single Session Therapy is not a replacement for longer-term therapy where deeper work is needed.

If, during our appointment, it becomes clear that ongoing support would benefit you more, we can discuss the options together. There is never any pressure to continue.

A different view of therapy

Many people imagine therapy has to begin with an open-ended commitment.

It doesn’t.

Sometimes one thoughtful, focused conversation is enough to unlock a new perspective, untangle a difficult problem or help you move forward with confidence.

If more support is needed, that’s absolutely okay too.

The important thing is receiving the right support at the right time.
