How I Work

Insight alone I have found, doesn't tend to lead to change. Equally, pushing for change without being heard, valued and with an overwhelmed nervous system stretched beyond capacity, rarely works or lasts either. 

Therapy with me can be fun, compassionate  and sometimes challenging. My approach is warm and grounded, combining the depth of relational therapy with practical, evidenced-based approaches including trauma and EMDR therapy, to create a space where you can make sense of your experiences while building a life that is calm, authentic and fulfilling.
